These terms apply whenever you use this website or purchase a programme, toolkit or session from SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS, a sole trader business operated by Laurinda Linda Antonio, registered in England and Wales, at 14 Shakespeare St, Nottingham NG1 4FQ.

1. What we offer

SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS provides:

• Live, cohort-based online programmes (including the Enterprise Change Leader Programme and AI-Powered Change Delivery)
• Digital toolkits, delivered as instant downloads
• 1:1 change strategy sessions
• A free digital resource, provided in exchange for your name and email address

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase and processed securely through our platform provider, Kajabi, and its payment processors. We do not store your card details.

3. Digital toolkits

Toolkits are delivered as an instant digital download after payment, and a copy is also sent to the email address provided at checkout. Toolkits are for your own individual use only, and may not be resold, redistributed or shared outside your own organisation without our written permission.

4. Live programmes and 1:1 sessions

Live programmes are delivered online, in a small cohort, over the stated number of weeks. 1:1 sessions are delivered online at a mutually agreed time. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled times; recordings or catch-up materials are provided where stated on the relevant product page, but attendance at live sessions is part of the intended experience.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Digital toolkits: because you receive instant access to the full digital content on purchase, toolkit sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded, except where the toolkit is faulty or not as described.

1:1 sessions: you may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Live programmes: you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the relevant cohort's start date. Once a cohort has started, fees are non-refundable, but we may offer a transfer to a future cohort at our discretion.

The free resource is provided at no cost and is not subject to any refund terms.

6. Intellectual property

All programme materials, toolkits, templates, frameworks and other content provided by SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS remain the intellectual property of SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS. Purchasing a product grants you a personal licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership or grant any right to resell, publish, or distribute the material.

7. Third-party trademarks

Where our programmes or toolkits reference the Prosci ADKAR® Model, this is used as a reference to a recognised industry model. SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Prosci.

8. Limitation of liability

Our programmes, toolkits and sessions are intended to provide practical guidance and support based on real delivery experience. They do not guarantee any specific business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
