What data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Name and email address, when you sign up for the free AI Change Kickstart or any other resource
  • Name, email address and payment information, when you purchase a toolkit, programme or session, processed securely through our platform provider, Kajabi, and its payment processors. We do not store your card details ourselves
  • Browsing and website usage data, collected automatically through the Meta Pixel (see Cookies and Tracking below)
  • Any information you send us directly, for example by email

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Deliver the toolkit, programme access, or free resource you have requested or purchased
  • Respond to enquiries you send us
  • Send you relevant updates about SHIFT CHANGE SYSTEMS, where you have signed up to receive them; you can unsubscribe at any time
  • Understand how visitors use our website, and improve it
  • Show relevant advertising and measure its performance, via the Meta Pixel
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations

Cookies and tracking

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta (Facebook), to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel may collect data about your visit and device, and use cookies to do so. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through your Facebook account settings.

We also embed programme videos hosted by Vimeo. When you view one of these videos, Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect data about your viewing activity, in line with Vimeo's own privacy policy.

Who we share your data with

We share data with the following third parties, solely to operate our business and deliver our products:

  • Kajabi, our website, course delivery and payment platform
  • Meta (Facebook), for website analytics and advertising via the Meta Pixel
  • Vimeo, to host and display our programme videos. Vimeo's embedded player may set its own cookies and collect data about how you view our videos

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our products and services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any dispute. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
