I’m the Founder of Shift Systems and a Transformation Specialist working across strategy, operations, and organisational change.
I work with organisations navigating complex transformation where multiple systems, teams, and priorities intersect and where outcomes depend on more than just delivery.
Across my work, I’ve led multi-million-pound transformation programmes alongside executive teams, designing and implementing change across people, process, and technology.
But the pattern is consistent.
Change doesn’t fail because organisations can’t deliver.
It fails because what’s being delivered was never designed to hold in reality.
How My Approach Was Shaped
Most transformation efforts focus on execution.
I focus on design.
That means:
- Defining clear ownership and decision structures
- Aligning systems with how work actually happens
- Embedding behaviours that sustain beyond rollout
- Creating feedback loops that surface issues early
Because without this, organisations don’t get transformation. They get temporary change followed by regression.
